I am so happy with the jobs that they have done for me , the first was a complete bathroom with tile on the floor and walls and a built in shower , a dog wash area and craft room . the next was a master bathroom remodel , then I needed the kitchen , hallway and entry done which was so bad to begin with , no problem for them they leveled the floor and put new flooring down , perfect work and friendly workers , I am sure I will be using them again.

Spectacular service! Everything from ordering to the install was so smooth! I was glad that they come out and measure everything for free. The carpet was installed 3 weeks early and the techs were super quick and extremely professional. I will absolutely call them again when we recarpet the upstairs of our home!

We have yet to commit to Carpets Plus for our upcoming remodel at our store, but I cannot express the outstanding customer service enough. Todd went over things in detail and thoroughly walked through our store with patience and care, explaining all the options and ideas he had. We are so grateful for his customer service and would highly recommend Carpets Plus! 10/10!

My friend lives near Luxemborg and last week came to Hutchinson to find someone knowledgeable about tile and carpet - and using them on floors with in-heat. Melissa was so helpful! She showed us the various levels and grades of flooring and helped a lot with colors. Then she recommended carpet for the 2 rooms my friend needed. She even suggested we take home large samples and put them in the rooms. We spent a couple of hours there and she helped us the entire time - great experience! Great customer service!
